customer relationships. Mayne's notable background includes over 19 years of executive leadership in sales, marketing and operations. He is specifically known for successfully developing cohesive sales teams that focus on increasing both sales and overall profitability. Lonnie joined Mindshare from the Affinia Group in Michigan, where he served as Vice President of Special Market Sales. While at Affinia he was responsible for creating high performance sales teams and setting the strategic direction for three operating divisions, including Heavy Duty, Retail and Affinia's Motorsports / NASCAR program. Prior to Affinia, he was Vice President of Sales for No.1 International (Hi-Tech Engine Components) and later became President of the company's factory engineering group, and a member of the Board of Directors. While at No.1 International Lonnie and his teams were successful in partnering with the most respected customers in the industry, helping them to increase their sales and profitability. Prior to No.1 International, Lonnie was National Sales Manager for Timken Bearing Co. in Ohio. "Mindshare has built the most comprehensive customer feedback solution in the industry," said Mayne.
