New Advances in Customer Feedback Management
Mindshare Technologies announced today the release of two new products; Mindshare Reveal™, a robust text analytics platform, and Mindshare Coach™, a recommendation engine that drives operations improvement. With the release of these new products, Mindshare will be able to substantially increase insight into the real-time data gathered from clients’ feedback.
Mindshare Coach™ provides specific “where” and “how” recommendations to managers and employees directly responsible for a store or restaurant’s success. The technology analyzes the customer experience elements, prioritizes them, and suggests improvements which will have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

A list of prioritized recommendations is then delivered to the restaurant manager.

Customers routinely provide open-ended feedback and comments on surveys.
