The vSpring Capital Top 100 Venture Entrepreneurs, also known as the v|100 is comprised of people with ties to Utah who are considered most likely to lead a successful startup venture in the next 5-7 years in the information technology or biotechnology sector as a Chief Executive Officer or a Chief Technical Officer.

Nominations are taken from peers within the Utah business community. The nominees are then invited to participate in an online poll, voting on the 10 people they feel most likely to meet the criterion for v|100 inclusion. The top 100 are then selected for the list.
