Mindshare Technologies President, Richard Hanks, Presents Keynote Address to University Presidents on “Customer Service in the Academic Setting”
Richard D. Hanks, Chairman and President of Mindshare Technologies, a leading provider of Enterprise Feedback Management, was selected to deliver a keynote address at the AAPICU Annual Conference, February 18-20, 2010 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Hanks remarks centered on treating students, family, faculty, staff, and donors all as customers. He outlined some suggestions for attacking internal processes and attitudes to create a customer-centric organization. Additional recommendations included a call to action, particularly focusing on service-lapse recovery and problem remediation in the academic setting.
