Café Rio Wins Award Based on Customer Service, Customer Reviews, and Dining Experience

SALT LAKE CITY - March 1, 2011

Café Rio Mexican Grill was voted the No. 1 Quick-Serve Restaurant (QSR) Chain in the nation, winning the Sandleman & Associates “Quick-Track Award.”

The Quick-Track Award is the top honor for a QSR Chain, going to the company rated highest in customer reviews, dining experience, taste of food, customer service, speed of service, and value.

Naturally, as Café Rio’s customer feedback management supplier, Mindshare Technologies feels equally honored with Café Rio’s success.

Café Rio hired Mindshare Technologies in 2004 to provide customer feedback management and real-time reports.  As soon as a Café Rio customer takes a satisfaction survey, Mindshare’s system analyzes and categorizes the data from that survey and instantly reports it to the Café Rio location manager, helping them quickly take action to improve their customers’ experience.

Over the years, the two Utah-based companies have grown tremendously, finding nationwide success together. Café Rio is one of Mindshare’s longest-tenured clients.

To win the Quick-Track Award, Café Rio beat out worthy competitors Chipotle, In-N-Out Burger, Chick-fil-A, and Pei Wei.
