What is a good incentive?
Depends on many factors. Average ticket price, total number customers per day and frequency of return customers should be taken into account.

Fast food customers or other businesses with a small ticket price don't need free drinks or half off meals with purchase of an equal or greater value meal.

Full service restaurants and other establishments may need to offer a larger incentive in order to drive the number of responses they desire.

Creating your incentive
There are 2 methods for handing out incentives. The most convenient and reliable is to print the offer onto your customer's receipt with your point-of-sale system. By printing your offer on your customer's receipt you can be sure they receive it and can respond. Plus it doesn't cost

If you don't have a point-of-sale system you can hand out coupons. These can be as simple or fancy as your budget allows. Below are samples of incentive vouchers used by some of our clients.


Along with your offer it is important the voucher include the steps the customer needs to follow in order to activate their certificate. Recommended copy is as follows:
