VOCI'S V-BLAZE HELPS MINDSHARE CONVERT AUDIO INTO TEXT IN REAL-TIME
Mindshare Technologies has chosen Voci, a company that pioneered the implementation of speech recognition algorithms, to help it convert customer's voice comments from surveys to text.
The V-Blaze appliance from Voci is claimed to be the world's fastest and most cost-effective speech recognizer, as it converts audio files into text at very high speeds and very economically.
Apart from transcribing spoken words to text and scanning files, it delivers text analytics applications that enable customer-driven enterprises to get information in real time from all conversations routed through call centers.
This is an improvement over existing text analytics platforms where unstructured content from telephone interacts are integrated with text from other sources.
Till now, Mindshare had relied on human transcription to convert a fraction of spoken input into text so it could be analyzed. Apart from the limited options available to analyze full customer conversations, the cost of human transcription was high and the time required for converting speech to text was considerable. Thus the import of real-time intervention was lost.
The Voci appliance will help to convert customer's voice comments from surveys into text, which will be analyzed and monitored affordably and in real time in the Mindshare Text Analytics Suite. Considering the fact that Mindshare conducts over 30,000,000 surveys annually, it is bound to benefit from Voci's V-Blaze appliance.
