Mindshare offers real-time survey and analysis tools. Earlier this year, the firm partnered with Munich-based mystery shopping specialist International Service Check to launch a new venture called 'Fast Insight', to provide European businesses with real-time alerts and customer feedback in any national language across more than 25 different industries.

Since reporting revenues of $3,600 in May 2003, Mindshare Technologies claims to have had 100 consecutive months of recurring revenue growth.
