New Friends Will Assist Cornell Center
for Hospitality Research

Two diverse companies have joined Cornell's Center for Hospitality Research as friends of the center. The new friends are Berkshire Healthcare, which operates rehabilitation and nursing facilities in three states, and Mindshare Technologies, which provides operational and customer feedback for more than 25 industries, including travel, hospitality, restaurant, financial, and retail. Both organizations will be donating data to support the center’s ongoing research projects.
Friends of the center provide critical assistance for research activities, including material support, expert services, and shared data. “Our friends have been essential for expanding both the depth of our research and our ability to share research findings,” noted Jennifer Macera, associate director of the Center for Hospitality Research. The center’s friends roster comprises more than forty companies.
