Mindshare Automated Hotline is a solution for your customer hotline/ problem resolution needs. Utilizing the latest in Voice technology, Automated Hotline gives you 24/7 coverage, gathering accurate information about the customer and delivering the results via email or the internet direct to the person in your organization that can best solve the customers problem and work with the customer to resolve their concerns. How it works
Mindshare Automated Hotline uses a voice based, automatic customer feedback system. A toll-free number and unit code is displayed in each unit and/or printed on the customer's receipt.

Customer with complaint dials the toll-free number and enters the unit code at the prompt. Using this code Automated Hotline is able to direct the complaint back to the location where the customer had their experience.
Through a series of response-driven questions, information is gathered about the customer's experience. The customer can also leave a detailed voice response about their concerns.
After the information is gathered, an alert is sent directly to the manager of the location the customer visited.
If the customer opts to allow it, the manager can then contact the customer and resolve the issue, ensuring the customer's satisfaction and increasing the likelihood they will return.

Because the system is automated, the customer doesn't feel the social pressure to "go easy" on the person taking the complaint and is more likely to reveal their true perceptions of their experience.
