Head of Mindshare's Text Analytics group, John Crofts has guided the successful launch of Mindshare's best-in-class text analytics suite, creating solutions that are fundamentally changing the way businesses collect, measure and act on feedback. With an extensive background in consulting and business measurement, John's creativity and vision has been critical in the design of emerging technologies at Mindshare over the years. Prior to joining Mindshare, John led teams in financial analysis and business process consulting at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC, serving a broad spectrum of clients and industries. John graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in accounting from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business.
