John Crofts - Vice President, Operations

John is the consummate consultant and problem solver. With an extensive analytical background and strong ability to find creative solutions to business technology challenges, he thrives at breaking down processes to their most basic components and re-engineering them for optimal effect. His perspective has been key to the design and deployment of emerging technologies at Mindshare. He has pioneered many of Mindshare’s best practice solutions, leading teams in delivering tailored solutions to many of Mindshare’s most strategic customers. John has extensive experience managing client relationships, particularly with projects involving new software development. Prior to joining Mindshare, John spent several years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving a diverse clientele of public and private companies. There he led teams in financial analysis and business process consulting. John graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in accounting from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business.
