Take Care of Your Employees and They’ll Take Care of the Customers

On Monday, Nov. 29, two Mindshare BYU fans honored their lost bet by jumping into a frozen pond behind the office building after BYU lost to the University of Utah over the weekend. Every Mindshare employee came out of the office to cheer for their favorite team or employee.
