Stephen P. "Steve" Weisz
is President and Chief Executive Officer of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation.  Steve began his career in vacation ownership in 1997 as President of Marriott Vacation Club International. He served as President of Marriott Vacation Club International until the latter part of 2011 when Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation was established as a separate, publicly traded entity from Marriott International, Inc. As president of Marriott Vacation Club International, he led the vacation ownership division and oversaw three brands under the Marriott Vacation Club International umbrella including: Marriott Vacation Club, Grand Residences by Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club.

Prior to this position he worked for Marriott International and served as EVP Lodging Brands, SVP Sales/Marketing and RVP Mid-Atlantic Region in addition to other leadership positions.  His career with Marriott spans 39 years having joined the company in 1972.  In 2001 he received an honorary doctoral degree in Business Administration in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University. He is a past member of the Advisory Board of Directors of the UCF Rosen School of Hospitality Management, a past board member of the Maryland Hotel/Motel Association, a member of the Board of Directors and a Trustee of the American Resort Development Association, a member of the Board of Directors of Mindshare Technologies, Inc. and is a Past Chairman of the Board of Governors of Children’s Miracle Network and is presently serving on the Board of Trustees.
Glen Mella
is the President and CEO of SHOUT TV Inc. He has held senior-level management positions within large, publicly-traded software and consumer product companies, as well as early-stage technology ventures. Prior to joining SHOUT TV, Glen was with Control4 and Triton PCS. Glen has also held executive and management positions at CRS Retail Systems, Found, TenFold, Novell, WordPerfect, Dial Corporation, and Frito-Lay/PepsiCo. Glen holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.

Fraser Bullock
is a co-founder of Sorenson Capital and a Managing Director. Mr. Bullock was the President and CEO of the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002. He joined the Organizing Committee in May of 1999 and acted as its Chief Operating Officer until his appointment as President and CEO in April 2002. As COO, Mr. Bullock directed Games Operations, and as CFO, he played a key role in balancing the budget of $1.31 billion for staging the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, ultimately generating a $100 million profit. The Salt Lake Games are widely recognized as one of the most successful and best operated in history.

Mr. Bullock was an original Partner of Bain Capital from 1984 to 1986. Prior to his experience at Bain Capital, Mr. Bullock was employed by Bain & Company, initially as a consultant and later as a manager.

In 1996 Mr. Bullock founded Alpine Consolidated, LLC, a company specializing in effecting business consolidations, and served as a Managing Director until 2002. In this capacity, Mr. Bullock sourced companies for consolidation, raised the requisite money and negotiated terms.

Mr. Bullock received a Master of Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University.
Ron Mika
is a co-founder of Sorenson Capital and a Managing Director. Prior to Sorenson Capital, he was at Bain Capital for 13 years.

Mr. Mika joined Bain Capital in 1989 and was a Managing Director of the firm from 1996 through the founding of Sorenson Capital. Mr. Mika fulfilled key responsibilities across a variety of investments. These responsibilities incorporated all aspects of executing and harvesting private equity deals including sourcing deals, negotiating documents, structuring, managing and performing due diligence, financing the acquisitions, assisting portfolio businesses in developing market strategies, executing operational improvements and closing add-on acquisitions, board of directors involvement, and exiting investments.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Mika was a top-rated Associate Consultant/Consultant at Bain & Company.

Mr. Mika received a Master of Business Administration degree with honors from the Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University.
