Mindshare Technologies adds two highly respected executives to its Board of Directors

Jim Rowan
Jim Rowan has broad experience in the financial services sector, particularlyin building and managing large financial operations, managing investmentand merger and acquisition activities, and leading start-up companiesand associated financings. In addition to his own strategic consulting practice, Rowan, in 1999 as CEO, founded Encryptix, Inc., which provided highly-secure transmission of information over networks, including sensitive medical and financial information. Previously, he spent eight years in senior executive positions with SunAmerica, Inc. Rowan had operating responsibility for SunAmerica subsidiaries during a period of unprecedented growth in earnings and market capitalization, with an increase in market capitalization from $300 million to $20 billion during his tenure. In addition, Rowan held executive positions, both domestically and internationally, at Security Pacific Corporation, reporting directly to the CEO. Rowan earned his bachelor's degree in accounting, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University and his Masters in Management degree, with honors, in finance and marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Glen Mella
Glen Mella is President and Chief Operating Officer for Control4, an emerging leader in IP-based home control and entertainment systems. He has held management positions with large, publicly-traded software and consumer products companies, as well as early-stage technology ventures. Prior to joining Control4, he served as sr. vice president of marketing and sales for Triton PCS, an award-winning wireless carrier in the Southeast.
Prior to joining Triton PCS, Glen served as division president for CRS Retail Systems, a leading provider of point-of-sale (POS) and multi-channel software to the retail industry. Prior to that role, he was President and CEO of Found, Inc., a software company that was acquired by CRS. He also held positions at TenFold, Novell, WordPerfect, Dial Corporation, and Frito-Lay/PepsiCo. Glen holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS degree from Brigham Young University.
